Module deployment

Bug #00229: EBX.Platform module, when deployed as a J2EE Web application, now supports the hot redeployment of the web appplication (the redeployment of the web application without restarting the application server).

Bug #00245: Better behavior when a module is not registered but an adaptation in EBX.Platform repository refers to it.

Module registration is logged with more informations so as to facilitate the debug if registration is not done properly (usually this is due to a class-loading problem).
